Navigating Through the Subconscious Mind

Is what you believe deep down the truth or a lie? Is the key to worldly knowledge handed out to only a select group?

This much we know about the functions of the subconscious mind, It does not discern between right and wrong, good and bad, true and false. It will accept as fact that which is deposited and it will store it as truth. The beliefs it uses to guide you through life are the facts with which have been deposited accompanied by the power of emotion and repetition. When you are repeatedly told that you are stupid, it makes you feel charged with emotion and it sinks into your subconscious mind until it becomes a paradigm you hold. Similarly, if you hear repeatedly that you are beautiful, you again become charged with emotion and this too sinks into your subconscious mind until it becomes a paradigm. It doesn't matter that one statement charges you with negative emotion and the other charges you with positive emotion. The subconscious mind is only concerned with data, not justice.
It just needs the fuel of emotion to utilize the data. Is this possibly where the whole "dumb blond" movement originated? So, if you were to tell yourself ten times a day for forty days that you are a happy person when you are not, it will not sink in and become your truth unless it emotionally driven into your subconscious mind. If you feel happiness when you are telling yourself this for forty days it is more likely to become your truth. Keep in mind, if there is a stronger opposing paradigm, the new one cannot be accepted. It would be very difficult to convince your subconscious mind that the world is flat now, though that was held as fact not so long ago.

There are some great examples in the fantasy world of how powerful our emotions are as fuel. Peter Pan could only fly while in possession of his "happy thoughts". Harry potter and his friends learned how to use a spell to conjure the protection of their Patronus by reflecting on the happiest moments of their lives. Sounds silly, but paints a succinct picture to illustrate the power of emotions.

If you are lucky enough to learn to navigate through your alpha state of consciousness, not only will it become easier for you to manipulate the data in your subconscious, but you may gain access to the special archives of worldly knowledge. Once again, it must be driven by emotion. To draw upon Harry Potter once more, the room of requirements, that is a room that served whatever purpose for which you needed a room, could only be found and entered through concentration of how desperately you needed that room. If you are in an alpha state and visualize this room that holds all of the answers you would ever need, you need only enter the room with the thought of the question you need answered and there will be before you a scene depicting the answer or a book standing out on a shelf containing the answer. We can all attain answers to problems or great ideas. Like Harry Potter and his friends, you just have to practice your spells. Nothing worth anything ever comes easy.

If you are not a wishy washy, airy, feely, spiritual type, let me assure you that neither am I. It is with the greatest skepticism and a discerning mind that I have found this information to hold a large body of water. First and foremost I use logic and reason in my research. Some have wondered if I am even capable of emotion, so I was even a little disappointed to learn these facts, but they are tried, tested and sound.

I will be teaching these techniques to the best of my ability in an upcoming book. Stay tuned.
